By Wuraola Oyedokun  The Lagos State University, Ojo has conferred an honourary Doctorate Degree of Humane Letters (Commerce, Industry and National Development) on the chairman, Doyin Group of Companies, Prince Samuel Adedoyin. Adedoyin  received the award along with a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State Prince Tajudeen Olusi.  The latter was awarded a honourary doctorate degree in Literature, History, Education and Community Development. Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company [IBEDC], on Thursday, appealed to residents of its franchise area to be  cautious  around electrical installations as the rainy season  comes with the increased risk of electrical accidents. The National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Ajibola Basiru, has admitted that the ruling party made false claims about the population strength of the party in the build up to the 2023 general elections.
