Being the Chairperson of Doje Microfinance bank makes it possible to set precise directions and encourage stakeholders in achieving the organization’s goals. This will be done by creating an environment of trust and teamwork. In such an environment, innovation will be encouraged as well as change provided. Employees on the other hand will learn to be more creative and encouraged to achieve set goals.
