All is set for the public lecture of the Nigerian Economic Society (NES) holding at the University of Ibadan, Ibadan.
The programme, which will take place on February 22, 2024, has the theme, “Recent Developments in the Foreign Exchange Market: Issues, Options and Way Forward “.
The programme, which is slated for 12.00 noon, will take place at the CBN Centre of Excellence Lecture Theatre, Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences of the university.
The Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, Yemi Cardoso is expected to give the Keynote address; Prof Antoine Simbine, who is the Director-General, Nigerian Instituteof Social and Economic Research (NISER) will chair the event.
