…Says overall structure, safety of Mall remains intact

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ace Mall, Ibadan, Prince Adeyinka Afonja, on Wednesday, sent his sympathy to all victims of the Bodija blast.
It would be recalled that there was an explosion in the Bodija area of Ibadan, leading to the destruction of many properties and livelihood.
The mall, which is located in the Sango area of Ibadan, is one of the structures affected in the unfortunate incident.
In a release made available to Optimal Times Media in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, Prince Afonja maintained that the overall structure and safety of the business concern remains intact
He asserted that the organisation is committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all.
In a statement titled: ‘Important Update from Ace Mall: Recent Blast at Bodija’, the Chief Executive Officer expressed profound sympathy to all other victims of the dastardly incident.
The CEO said: “We want to reassure you that despite a recent blast incident at Bodija, Ibadan around 7:44pm on Tuesday 16th January, the overall structure and safety of Ace Mall is intact but had few damages due to proximity to the epicenter of the blast.
“We are committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all. We express our profound sympathy to all other victims of this dastardly incident.
“Despite the challenges of the blast in the neighborhood, our services at Ace Mall continue to operate as usual, and we remain dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences”.
